Zines, APAs and Self-published Projects Welcome!

On this site, I hope to help celebrate many kinds of fan writing. If you the readers have things to add, feel free! One person alone can't hype eyerything well enough. After all, if this site only hypes my own projects, the egotism would be insufferable. :-)

I began an APA called Comicopia over 16 years ago contributed until issue 100 in April 2007. I now have another project instead. Counting my years before that, it has been over 19 years that I've been a member of different APAs, written letters to zines, and letters to comics as well. I hope to celebrate all these hobbies, as well as to advertise them through this site. I'm also encouraging others to do the same. Use this site to promote your own zines and fan products as well!

We reviewed your wiki ad today and posted them into the classifieds! But we did make some changes we hope you'll be okay with.

1. There was no page title on your ad. So we took a clip of your banner and added it to the ad in place of a text title.
2. We activated your site URL, so it was linkable and would lead viewers straight to here.
3. You indicated you wanted to be included on the star-ratings page. But to do that you need to update your profile on the DPA site. You updated your provide on the hub site. We figured you meant to do it the other way. So we went ahead and copy/pasted your info from the hub profile over to the Dry Paint Ads profile page along with your banner and a link to your wiki -- that way you meet the qualifications for a star-rating listing. :-)

Let us know if those changes don't meet with your expectations and if you want the ad changed. Of course you can change your own profile if you want!

I know this site is currently devoid of imagery. My photo archive is currently innaccessible to me due to PC glitches. Once images are available again I'll fix this.
